Audi Aisin Navi Plus RNS-E can problem!!!

I`ve decoded todey a Audi Aisin Navi plus ...
I realised that the Navi has a CAN problem ... the illumination is not working on it and i can`t comunicate with the audio sistem ...
Plus i have a DTC in the instrumment cluster that referes to the can comunication with the Navi
All cables are ok.
Can somebody help me out with this ?
