kia clarus 98 start and cut

hello friends i have kia clarus 98 model the car start for one second and cut its like an immo problem but there is no ring near the ignition the ecu is bosh 0 261 204 491
any solution for the car? or does this car have immo? and can we do immo off for it ??

Normally it have immo and immo off is possible.
But if there is no antenna look further could be something else.
