when to change t/belt on a 2004 volvo s40 1.8 petrol

can anyone tell me at what milage should the timing belt be changed on a volvo s40 2004 1.8 petrol.

I'd double check but I *think* the 1.8 engine has a chain.. If it is a belt should be every 80k miles AFAIK.

80.000 miles or 8 years autodata saying mate do the tensioner aswell its a belt..................

2 and a half hours if your good and no special tools needed................
