help on ML400 CDI temic ECU

hi every body i have ML400 cdi in work shop the car run good in hold and cold star with no problem and no stop but the real problem is that when i putch full accelerator pedal car stops and i have to wait 30s and i can restart it and if i drive car normaly WO Press full pedal it don't stop

it stop's when RPM is at 3500 T/min
