BMW E36 don't start

hello!
I have BMW E36 Diesel year 1998, not start and engine not cranck!
I read dump for ews2 , tested ok, transponder is ok
I want to make diag, my GT1 not communicate!
where is the problem please?
-EWS2 dead (eeprom ok, but rom don't know if ok or no)?
-It have some SE module under dasboard, how to test this module?
-possible to make immo off

how resolve that please?
