Your going to have to be careful giving advise on your first post when the wording you use is incorrect, LetterBomb and BannerBomb.

Alternately you could downgrade your system to 4.2 with this guide (4.3 downgrade to 4.2 (http://www.wiihacks.com/wiihacks-newbie-discussions-forum/63655-4-3-downgrade-4-2-a.html))
and then use this guide to hack your wii (Softmod for ANY 4.2 Wii! (http://www.wiihacks.com/tutorial-archives/24839-softmod-any-4-2-wii.html))
Hope i could be of help :)

how are they going to downgrade if there not already modded?
and why would they want to carry out a risky task?
