BMW E36 cranck but not start

Now my car BMW E36 crank, but not start!
I read dump for ews2, tested ok but vin not good!
my question is:
If vin is not complete the car not start?
yesterday I made synchronization DDE-EWS with GT1 but not succeeded, I get the message from dis v57.
please give me hand on that!
and
want to learn from u, to make synchronisation must be ews or ecu virginized?
and
must have same isn for ews and ECU?

yes isn for ews and ecu must be same. This is EWS2 White box with purple plug right?
