11-2 and 11-3 are both online activation, so they need a keygen.
MHH has someone kind enough for this.

I have bought one now, Bluetooth works OK (use password 0000, not "0" as in the handbook)

Tested and OK with 2002 Mondeo, but no talking to the ECU, ABS, instruments etc all OK.

Chinese sell for 75 USD the FileActivation.xml to activate your softwear but you need an USB memory stick too.

After you activate the Autocom 3-2011 you'll have an error when you'll start it.
So if you need to run your Autocom softwear after activation you need to erase what you find in this folder:
C:\Documents and Setting \All Users\Application Data\Autocom

Since 2 days I worked hard and no work.
I have formatted PC with new windows and finely I hahe found and deleted these files but still no worK.
Each time after deleted these files apear running for the first time and deleted files are rebuilted theyr self in "Application Data", its stop after. There is no vehicles.

I think seem replaced some files, not only deleted.
Any other help?

and be aware: if you don't have high quality clone with 35v capacitor, you can't use it on 24v truck , only 12v car

You've tried it:

if you used alreday old verison autocom, for use interface you need make frimware update:
connect interface to car .( for power )
setting , hw test , it wll have a message ask about frimware update .
clict to ok and it wll make frimware update.
you need wait few minute for frimware update.
( when is make frimware update ,dont close software or dont remove power ,etc )
then you can use autocom 2011 release3

Solution: DELETE/REMOVE from
C:\Documents and Setting\All Users\Application Data\Autocom folder those:

I write again my experience with autocom 2011.3 and update3= 2011.3.3.
After intalled autocom and it will shut down without loading car list, just delete the mentioned files in precedent post.
If instaling update 3 and software not shuting down but gave you No VCI when read DTC, but "real data" works good, just uninstall it, delete all files and folder, and registry too(Run-> regedit - search autocom)
After that, install again 2011.3 and install update5=2011.3.5 if you want.With update5 i don't have problems.

After install all, if you want to connect directly on bluetooth, and "test faild", try in the first time to sincronyze the interface on cable.After that try BT.
If you have and old BT conection with autocom, and "test faild", just remove that conection, and create new one.
ALL will be fine after this.

Have a nice time without conection error.

Try this:
Close the program AUTOCOM.
Connect the interface to the car and the computer, go to device manager and try to update the USB drivers.
(It is very possible the COM port changes).
Disconnect USB, connect USB.
Run program AUTOCOM.

I advise you to uninstall everything and install again. Keep the SN 39071
1. Remove software.
2. Remove all folders:
C: \ Program Files \ AUTOCOM;
C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ AUTOCOM;
C: \ Documents and Settings \ "computer name" \ Application Data \ AUTOCOM
3. Remove all USB drivers in device manager
4. Restart the computer.
5. Run CCleaner (clear all temporary and register)
6. Regedit and delete anything that has "Autocom"
7. Restart the computer.
8. Install software again

INSTRUCTIONS TO BLOCK COMMUNICATION WITH ACTIVATION SERVER:

NOTE: Hosts is the name of the hosts file and not another directory name.
It does not have an extension (extensions are the .exe, .txt, .doc, etc. endings to filenames)
XP / VISTA / SEVEN (You need administrator privileges to edit the files,
which takes an extra step than being an administrator account)

Assuming you are an administrator account when you are logged in:
1) open Notepad by right clicking on the application icon and choosing run as administrator.
If you don't run Notepad as administrator, you won't be able to edit hosts file
2) open the hosts file in Notepad. The hosts file is located in:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc or if your system hard drive isn't C:
the path is whatever your system path would be: %systemroot%\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Add the following line :
127.0.0.1 activation.autocom.se
Save the file as hosts and your change will instantly be active.

- Insert a USB-memory stick with at least 1MB free space!

and connect to USB-memory stick to computer. software wll get infos in.
if not you can slect to manuel mode and open xml file

eject to usb-memory

software wll open then wll have an error ( Failed to load vehicle ...... )
close software

hadware also taste test and tell me that is not compatible with the vci
