i need help for clear crash in this Fiat 500 airbag P68148022AB TRW unit with 95256 eeprom.

please if possible a tested solution.

But this vehicle has suffered a collision, I do not think a scanner would solve this.
But even so, the vehicle is not in my workshop, so I need a solution without use of a scanner. Would something like that?
