w221 fog light changed with led

hi guys,
my costumer has changed front bumper of Mercedes S-class w221 2006 year with AMG bumper which is with led fog light. Now i have to code front sam for led light. On my star diagnose software version 2009 development data is in Deutsch and i don't know how to do it.

Any help will be appreciate.

Unlikely because there are no LED fog lights even on the facelift W221 where the bumper must be coming from.

i would imagine the current draw is a lot less so its thinking its a bulb blown i would guese
