Friends.
My client has requested the key to the Mercedes dealership.
the dealer states that the key import takes 20 days.
today marks 20 days and I'm sure tomorrow will be delivered to my client.
my question is, the key is ready to start the vehicle?
or you have to do some configuration in the same vehicle?
thanks for your comments

Hello Friends
I have the key in my hands, press the buttons on the key, they open and close the doors, put the key in the EZS and the key will not turn, it is consulting the dealer, they want the vehicle to be driven to mercedes dealer workshop.
that could be happening?

dear friends.
I have good news to share, today I went to Mercedes C300 vehicle, carrying the councils of each of you. I found that indeed the key not turning in the EZS, then procedures as follows:
put the key in the EZS 5 seconds and then remove.
wait 5 seconds and replace the key in the EZS for 5 seconds more and remove the key.
wait 5 seconds and then replace the key to EZS for 5 seconds more and so on.
perform this procedure approximately 15 times, then repeat the procedure, you hear a sound in the steering wheel. turn the key and turned on the dashboard and started the engine
thanks friends for their valuable comments
