Mazda 3 2006 petrol 1,6 ecu ?

Hi, today I got car in garage Mazda 3 2006 petrol 1,6 engine.
Car didnt starts, on live no rpm, when disconect crankshaft sensor, no error.
Looks problem in ecu...... Does somebody could confirm my version ??? ECU integrated in air filter.

Yes it is in Air Filter on Passenger side front wheel large under.............

Is the Engine Cranking properly .........???

What Diagnostic Tool are you using to Diagnose this car............

Also did you try to clean the ECU Multi Plug as its under the wheel large there might be water in or, the green dirty stuff in..........
