Can any one explain what the Samsung Database is, how it works and how to gain access?

It's the digital storage area for all Samsung phone IMEI,unlock & freeze codes.

Generally you need to pay a fair amout of money to get access... & be in the industry for a long time with not a blemish on your name.

It's accessed online, you just request codes via IMEI through a portal. That's as much as I know.
