mercedes viti ecu/immo matching set please

hi guys
I need matching set for VITO, the ECU IS 023001984 , it has AM29F400 flash ic,and at the back 24C04 eeprom.
The immo has 0D62J, TEMIC 0205455632.

Do i need to read the flash ic from the ecu,or the 24C04 ic?please , i will post here what is requiered,thnx inadvance.

If noone has a matching set,can anyone match my files if i upload?on the ecu side do i read the flash or the eeprom?thnx
