Hardware for citroen low cost:help!

Hi, I want to write (not only read) my data in my citroen C3.
I am newbies: I can purchase connector ODB2 or I must purchase dedicate hardware programmer (example Lexia)?
I want lock the mirrors when a close the car ;-)
