hi , yes you can add it with diagnostic tool , just use the black one as the master , and follow the instruction from the scan tool .

no it wont delete the key in the ignition , but if you have 3 working already , i dont think there is any space for more keys , for this old model .

Correct. Maximum of seven individual Master and three subs.

your old key is i think 4c .so in immo is no more memory for fourth key . for tri u can do on board program method
insert balck key in ignition and push acc pedal 5 time than break 6 time and than remove key and put new key and push acc 1 time and wait 1 and half mint . if key is program security light gone off

it's not of real importance, its just that seing that I have another key with remote, it'd be nice to have 2 keys with remotes

So what happens to the transponder, as I say I have 3 original key that are programed to this car, this other key has been programed to another Toyota, when I program this (other) key does it wipe clean the info in the transponder and write new info to it or does it just programe the immo ecu\ box and allow the info from this transponder to be accepted

you can take out the chip from the gray key , if its the soft bubber head you can cut it and pull the chip out and put it in the remote .

take a sharp blade cut the rubber head and you will see the transponder chip in the white plastic casing , the blade cannot damage the transponder chip .

So what happens to the transponder..
Nothing will happen to the transponder as it is a fixed code 4C. In fact, it wil still work on the donor vehicle and any other vehicle that you have programmed it to as well.

does it just programe the immo ecu\ box and allow the info from this transponder to be accepted
Yes. Provided you *add* the key using the correct on board programming procedure or suitable OBD tool.

You are simply adding an additional key to the vehicle with a working masterkey at hand. The vehicle was designed to be able to do this.

Cheers!

Edit:
You'll have to fit the chip and remote unit into a new housing and cut the blade to suit the car or it won't operate the locks of course.

So the black key is the master key ?

The black key and the remote key should be both masters.

toyota yaris before 2005 cannot be done with diagnostics its a manual procedure, when you buy the car new you get a remote key and a black key which are both masters and a grey valet key for when you take the car to the garage.

you can only programme a spare key if you have one of the master keys not the valet key and you can only have 3 keys in the ecu if your ecu is a bosch with 95080, bosch with 95p08 or toyota fujitsu with 25020, denso with 93c86

Perhaps if you understood the vehicle's systems fully you'd come to realise that four keys is only an autoreg limitation.
