I'am sorry if this is in wrong section.
I have a 15" flat screen TV that has holes in the back for a VESA bracket.
The original Tv stand/bracket is missing so has anyone removed the original stand to fit a VESA bracket and no longer needs the original stand?

The hole for the VESA bracket have nothing to do with the original stand, they are there for you to attach a VESA bracket which you buy seperately.
The original stand would probably have slotted into a hole or mount at the bottom of the TV, unfortunately there are many different type of stands and fittings so you would need to tell us the make and size of the TV to see if anyone has a spare stand.
OR, you may need to buy a VESA bracket, they have come down considerably in price and can even be bought in discount stores.

This
shows stand and how it fixes but any stand that fixes using VESA holes should be OK.
I might try makers.
