Chrysler Voyager immo issues

I have a 1998 Voyager 3.3L petrol with Skim enabled ecu defective, i got a replacement and did skim clear but would not work, however i could not also reapir the Skim module connection as my tools wouldnot communicate with the skim. The ecu has 95040 eeprom in it, i need tested immo off solution. Secondly, i need immo for another Voyaher without skim module but an Alarm system, how can i disable it to make car run?
