abrites vag commander

hello all !!
i have abritus tool original and as we all know support is the worst.
i tried to generate keys for audi a 3 2010 year. and i cant.
ecu is 9.5.10 1.6 engine. i have 2 cars like this to do same job
connecting to ecu cant read neither pin neither cs bites. via dashbord neither.says it is unknow version

does any one knows if this tool works for this car? or only till 2008 year?

is it possible to read security component from dash or ecu with other tool??

i made some of those A3 cars but were older.
i dont know if my device is working wrong or if it is like this

i tried today to make copy from a working key and neither i cant read cs and pin

maybe the version is unknown as stated,have you tried sending your logs? abritus support have always been good for me 2yrs that I have owned it
