View Full Version : MPPS v12 on Saab 9-3?

Hi, i was working on a saab 9-3 2008 1.9tid

on the mpps soft it told me to completely remove key

when i did i couldnt access flash

but when i read it with ign. on it read fine

any ideas if i shud flash with key in ignition plz??

Always have ignition ON when reading or writing mate

Ive never seen mpps say that but i prefer to use v5 than v12

Just put ignition on mate and read or write it will be fine

I would ignore the message, read, and make sure you get a correct file. while reading no damage can be done.

If anything happens while writting you have the file at least.

so ignore the message

remove key after writing then wait few seconds and put it back, if you dont do it like that you may get MIL but just clear it with diag and its ok.

yes read perfect, wrote perfect

i got alexs307 to do 1 and ecutuners to do 1

Only use these files with MPPS as MPPS reads Opel EDC16 different to all other tools.
