enter the 4 digit code then hit reset. if you do not know the unlock code then you need it. try 0000 or 9999. some will not let you change a parameter until you enter a code.

Cruise control needs a vehicle speed sensor installed to work correctly. This is the mag pickup on the output yoke of the gearbox. You need to check the enable vehicle speed sensor box to the left. For cruise switch VSG to work you must have a pressure switch installed on the park brake circuit as the ECM will only allow cruise switch VSG when it knows the park brake is engaged.

So you have enabled the VSS but you still can't enable cruise?
