I'll go first....
1. Titanium backup
2. Root explorer
3. Blackmart alpha
4. Hide it pro
5. Darky ota
6. Juice defender titanium
7. Lookout
8. No frills cpu control
9. Printershare premium
10. Wheres my droid

Not necessarily in that order but not far off, I'd probably move lookout up to number 2 and that would be that.

I'll 2nd that.

Slingplayer is great.
I went Thailand recently and controlled my sky hd box through the hotel wifi easily with no buffering whatsoever. My wife n kids back home didn't like it much that Daddy still had control of the living room remote from thousands of miles away! Lol. Also a great showpiece while on holiday to friends.

Sygic has also got me to destinations easily when my tomtom's not around and looks great on the screen.

Viber is aslo good if u can persuade most of your friends to join.

Applanet is ok but not as much variety.

Dslr controller to control my canon camera. (amazing app still in the beta stage)

Astro file manager, App admin, ez pdf reader, gallery 3d, etc.

Games r a personal choice.

GoldenDict Free

The fastest and most multi-format dictionary app on the market. Fully supports Lingvo, Babylon, StarDict, Lingoes and Dictd dictionary files. Articles shown with full formatting, colors, images and sounds. Lookups are blazing fast. You can now carry all the dictionaries you want together with you on your Android device!
Note: the app is a shell and comes with no dictionaries, much like a music player does not come with music. You use the files you already have, or the ones you can get on the internet.
Supported formats:
* Lingoes .LD2 files
* Babylon .BGL files
* ABBYY Lingvo .LSD, .DSL, .LSA and .DAT files
* StarDict files
* Dictd files
* Hunspell .AFF/.DIC morphology files
Just copy those files on your SD card, in the GoldenDict directory!

so whats the best android app antivirus?
seen some sillyones online on gplay

happy_highlander
15th August, 2013, 09:49 AM
Android is Linux based so no antivirus is really needed except common sense. Only you can give an app permission to access the operating system so if an app is requiring to use services that may cost you money and you don't think it needs to use these services then don't install it. Simple as that
