I have a big problem with this car is damaged immobilizer and I can not run. Can anybody generate bin immo off? . Memory there is a 27C512. ECU Bosch 0 261 203 660

Immo off is impossible in this ECU. Try emulator.

not EWS2, I have schema and it is EWS1 , Memory ECU is 27C512 or 27C256 . I clean memory and write bin off immo but engine not work good .

now it is impossible because:
the car was repaired after damage to the mechanical key , after car repairing not worked (mechanical repair ) . The next step was the replacement chip in EWS , car not work . How it was done before they call me. I did Carsoft 6.1.4 diagnosis program and I had no communication with the EWS. I have no other EWS. One of my friends sent me BIN to write memory immo off . Now engine work but not good . I think that this bin is bad. Not start well cold or warm not idle work . I ask :
- Memory is 27C256 or 27C512 ?
- Does anyone have a bin to the ECU without the immobilizer

I can not see MCU 1D47J , To look for in which place ?

You need a special tool to synchronize the EWS with the DME.
Or use the EWS emulator.

You mean INPA...read ISN from DME and Write it into EWS---done deal,10 min of work
