opel corsa c 1.3cdti immo off

hi everubody.
i need an immo off for a 2005 corsa 1.3cdti, i have the P1616 code and i'm unable to start car, i checked fuses wires and relays but no result, perhaps desactiving immo may solve the problem.
Can somebody help?

I think you can't do this ... meanwhile , check DTC's onto body , immo and instrument cluster

it seem to be a instrument cluster problem. clean connector of instrument cluster and also check for all trouble codes.
