hello
i found this and i like to share with you.
this is a away to convert your old power source from a computer.
in my case i gonna send to the garbage and i remember to look for that
is a old power source but you could use with a new and more power.
you only need to connect the green wire to the ground to make that always work and you need to switch some light always on. or they goona to power off after a few seconds.
this is a cheap way to have a good power source to use your tools.
you could make a regulator to make them work to 0 to 12v
in my case i only use 12v
check the pictures, how old diga work fine:ciao:
enjoy

if you like the idea you could say thanks

Remind that a computer power supply is a switching regulated device and requires always some minimum load on its output. So load +5V and +3.3V output to heat your garage and use +12V for other purpose. Check this: http://home.cogeco.ca/~rpaisley4/ATpsu2.GIF and choose option A, B, C, or D to give minimum load.
