How to watch my tm500 super on iPad

I've downloaded dream box live for my iPad and I can connect to a dream box and watch it perfectly but I want to connect it to my tm500 super which I've been told I can do I've entered the setting same has I did with the dream box and it says check connection and wrong username and password

Has any one got it working with the tm500 ?

I can also connect to a vu duo without any problems ?

TM500 by default has no password.
Add pw using TCC.
This may/may not be the issue.
