ASUS Transformer Prime or iPad 3

Looking for a Tablet PC as I do a lot more travelling on trains and stuff these days.

Personally think the two big players currently in the market are the ASUS Transformer Prime and the iPad 3

I think I'm leaning towards the ASUS...but what would you get?

Probably expect a lot to say the iPad, but was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience of the ASUS?

Hi i just recently brought an Ipad 3, but coming off a Ipad 2 i don't see that much features to justify my upgrade, sure retina is awesome and it's faster but i do feel it overheat a bit.

Now the Asus Trans. sure it is a revolutionary concept and i was amaze from the versatile stand point but finally i just though about my itunes purchased apps, and went for the ipad.
