Was working fine. But tried on a few cars lately and it just says Problem Communicating with Car or No Modules Found?

The UBOX is clicking away doing something?

How can you test these? ESI 2011.

Hello. Sorry for my english. You can try Bosch tester P152 ( tester for cable and SD module ). Where are you from? CZE?Try to find some BTS service.
