Hello! We have in workshop a Jungheinrich EFG545 forklift. Despite there is no error code on display, it can't be moved forward or reverse. All other systems are working. We replace the main computer from a identical FLT with the computer from broken FLT, and it's working ! So, computer is OK.
Remains braking system who engages brakes and we have no solution to resolve.
So, please, if somebody had such a issue, respond with advices.

Thanks!

Hi
Check the fuses and the seat switch or deadman switch-!
check the swith in the brake handle (microswitch is defective or maladjusted )
check the direction switch and the accelerator potentiometer.
Check the voltage converter!
That should avoid most common mistakes when no error code!
please reply ,if you have checked it .

Fuses are ok
Seat switch, ok.
Right now we are waiting for a good same EFG454 in order to replace components.

Finally, we resolve the issue. Behind the mast, on front panel, is a small metallic lever, witch is used for deblocking brakes when a fault occurs. Lever position is read by a proximity sensor. That was the faulty sensor.
Thanks for support!
