Dell E6420 Administrative password

Hey there, I bought last year's laptops from my school and they said they cannot give me the password because of security reasons.

I go into the bios and there is a lock symbol.
I click it and a screen shows up and it says 'setup unlock'
It gives me a system number which is '2M146Q1-1D3B'
