Hello I tried to log into my my insite programme and it said the system had expired and had to update to insite 8.0.0.
I updated it and now it wont work, its asking for a license key, all I can find is - ( tool instance ) # C9ACFC93.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

sorry to be a bother but basic code does not work. I've tried 4 times and no go. The pc id looks strange to me but thats what comes up on the prompt. Any ideas? Thanks again.
