hey guys,

im trying to setup an NFS server to stream content from my duo to my solo.

Ive read that the share configuration file is located at /etc/exports and that it must be edited.

The problem is when i ftp to my duo, there is no such directory

i'm using NFS server that's built into vix 2.3 and have enabled it.

Where can i find the share configuration file?

Cheers

Alan

You could download a small program like 'putty' (google it), then use that program to telnet into the duo from there the command vi /etc/exports will allow you to edit the exports file !

There is no need to go messing with the exports file you can go into the network settings on the image it self and create a network mount between both receivers. for example i have all my receivers network mounted to each other along with a NAS drive so i can essentially access any of 4 different HDD's from any of my receivers.
