Hi

Is that on your free channels too or just the pay ones, if its the pay ones then perhaps problem on provider end.

Hi

Then I would say its a server issue probably over subscribed. You need to contact whoever you are with.

Regards

Edit: Have a look via the menu to see what firmware you are on.

H

Dont have an openbox but think if you go into menu and info should tell you firmware date, think it will start with a H or similar.

Hi

Dont really think the firmware is an issue here. If your box is a clone then think the anonymous firmware works pretty well.

You wil need to check if your box is orig or clone and flash accordingly if thats what you want to try.

Theres a thread on here on how to check wether box is clone or not.

Would rather try a test line first. Oh and what was wrong with your first box as a matter of interest.

Hi

Did both the boxes come preconfigured with your line already there and did you get it off fleabay.

Test line you will have to google c/s and ask for a test line as we cant discuss any further or we will be bordering on breaking the rules.

Hi

Nothing specific to know really, Its most likely an over subscribed server, people selling willy nilly on fleabay preconfigured boxes means service is gonna be poor and unreliable.

If your setup is good its best to try a test line and see if freezing issues are resolved.
