Fiat Ducato 1998 lost all keys

Hallo
a customer arrived with all keys lost of his Fiat Ducato
first model of transponder with bordeaux master key, all lost so...
I had taken the immobox that is a yellow box
with a number n. 46417024 stamped on it
i Had read eeprom 93C46 16 bit
and from dump with zed bull clone i had programmed a T5 then i gave back yellow box and key with transponder to customer,
but this night he called me, after refit yellw box, he tried key but no good news, still no engine, the yellow key on cockpit still light...
any suggest?
at this point retry program transponder or kill immo?

Your immo file is ok ,I can see there are three used keys and fourth is free. T5 it will be ok for this type ,try another T5 transponder.

why i can't use it?
you can use it but when you manual program transponder you must chose transponder ID (11,12, 13...) in your case it is id13

you need id 13 tiris t5 from joublis will worked
