It looks like the sata cable goes straight into the motherboard so looks like it.

even i am tempted to get one but the price is keeping me away. at the moment i have the dm7025sc and the dm600pvr-c. i might consider selling the dm600pvr and replace it with the hd one. anyones knows when is the cable tuner available?

was looking on the hm-sat-shop and they got the tuner that is used for the 7025+600 being able to use it on the 800, unless i misunderstood it

satstore has them in stock with cable tuner for ?359 and ?10 carriage. tempted to get one but will have to sell my dm600pvr-c before i will consider.

if your buying from one of the dealers then its a good chance you will have to load an image to it your self as they could get in to probs for selling them like this but there is a lot of images out there and its so easy to flash here is a link on how to flash it only takes a couple of mins
