Then test it on table.

Pinout :

VW8 SIEMENS
50 pin ECU
pin 1,31 - 12V
26 - GND
49 - can H
50 - can L

...you need either cangatway or dashboard ( as it akt like cangateway in come of then vw cars).

can crash data not be erased like other eeproms .? can i plug it into car to test or what is reason for testing on table.?
