its showing ?79.99 on B.I.N and the guy is saying its a year old so it should be under warrenty.. no? regards mdt

Very easy, about 4 screws to remove board, 2 or 4 more screws to remove the switch, pull out a ribbon cable, 5 mins, at the max :-)

i would not touch this with a barge pole it could be absolutely anything gone wrong, and the seller saying he removed the screws and not touched anything inside dont make me laugh.

Look at it this way

Box BIN ?79.99, New power supply ?51 + Postage, New Remote ?24.99 + Postage = around ?160 rounded off to include postage.

Vu Duo Clone = around ?170 posted now with current exchange rate fully working and everything with it

say no more.

Im an electronic technician so it would'nt phase me m8,
but if you have no experience with components etc, then I see

I'm always sceptical of listing like this. If it's such an easy fix you would think the seller would fix it and sell it for more as a working unit.

I wouldn't touch it ether and I like to fix things. :) I just wouldn't pay that price.
