If it was bought as a 4.3 then you will only have bootmii as an ios in which case you will need to have priiloader installed, if wii was updated to 4.3 you may have bootmii as boot 2 to check this turn the wii on, if the cd drive flashes twice you have bootmii as boot 2 in both cases you must have a working nand backup.....if you don't have bootmii as boot 2 priiloader installed or a working nand backup then I'm afraid you have no hope of recovery without specialist programing skills...As we have said many times before installing themes to a wii quite often ends up in disaster...Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's the way it is.

If it flashes once then BootMii is on IOS. If you did a NAND backup originally then you should have the [bootmii] folder and nand.bin and keys.bin on the root of the SD card or saved on your computer somewhere if they aren't there BootMii won't work.

If you have PriiLoader installed you start it up and press the Reset key to see the PriiLoader option select BootMii. Then you navigate through the icons using the Power button and select an icon with the Reset button. So navigate along to the gears on the right and press Reset. Press the Power button once more to select NAND restore with the SD card with the appropriate files on it and just follow the instructions.

As you've been warning never install any themes.

Nothing will happen unless you have priiloader installed. Hold the reset button down and press the power button to turn on the wii. If nothing happens then you have either never installed priiloader or it has been over written by the theme which is not unusual, either way without priiloader the wii is staying bricked.
