hi all friends.i have ecu from porsche
BOSCH 0.261.204.790
CARTRONIC 996.618.605.00
inside has a eeprom with code:LM293 ... probably is immo eeprom , but what eeprom is? please help me guys.

How about typing "LM293 datasheet" into google and you will see this is not an eeprom.
