Hi all,
i recently get the feeling there is a way out to unlock BMW SMART KEY with PCF7945.
The service is available on Ebay to unlock PCF7945.
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices (http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNLOCK-SERVICE-FOR-BMW-REMOTE-KEYLESS-ENTRY-SMART-KEY-FOB-KEYFOB-/170826632031?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27c60f8b5f)
what is the procedure to unlock PCF7945?

Remember up to date there is no virgin pcf7945 available on the market. all Chinese chips are just crap.

I just had a bad experience with autokeys.us
I bought keys from them four weeks ago and they sold 315mhz with pcf7942.
when i program it for X5 E70 CAS3+ remote function did not work.
I have always bought from them 868mhz and it always come with PCF7945.
I will return these keys to them.

WHY IS THE REASON ALL THE CHINESE SHOPS JUST HAVE BMW SMART REMOTE KEY 315MHZ WITH PCF7944, THE PCF7945 IS NOT COMUN IN THE CHINESE SHOP, THIS IS MAY BECAUSE THE PCF7945 CAN NOT UNLOCK AND PCF7944 CAN BE USE MANY TIMES?
CAN I USE PCF7944 IN PLACE OF PCF7945?

Not a tango....home made device. not for sale. only unlock for service m8. works beautifully. it works with AVDI for sure, 100% sure.
what other keys you guys want to unlock? any suggestion? mini key w/ 7945, it would be popular?
if there is demand for Europe / Asia BMW PCF7945, they can work to unlock it, too. any suggestion?

hehe "they" should keep it secret because it takes a lot of work and money to make this work, over one year of work, you understand. "they" can still offer to help you or any others for very good price to make money with your customer, to re-use your inventory that until now was junk, and provide a much better product than the chinese knock offs. you are using OEM key, and can still charge it in the dash.
in about three weeks, "they" will be selling a PCF7945 and PCF7953 that you can buy, replace on your used key, and it is ready to program again. no modification required, just remove old and install new. program to your car, done. it will be about $25 USD.
you will need new shell though, the key must be broken to replace the chip. the shells are nice though. work very well. some guy can break the key very easily, replace the chip and glue it together without ever notice, but you must have nice hand.

what tool are you using to program the keys? PCF7942 is compatible with PCF7945, have programmed quite a few and never had any problem, remotes function perfect

Hi Indienick,
Do you know if keycoder is compatible with your chips?
Are these PCF7945's are for 3/5 series? Can comfort key be used and programmed with that chip?

1. Thx for update.
2. You are 100% correct, and that's good news. There are ppl 'states side' that offer the service thru ebay $40 a piece. I guess i will have to try it out sooner or later. Waiting on th pcf chips for now.
