Gps mk4 bmw not torn on

Good afternoon. I've got a problem with the gps bmw mk4. the led the gps turn on , but no picture appears on the LCD. Would anyone help me?

couple of things i would check all fuses firstly, if all ok possibly screen fault, normally use a high voltage screen which do fail, will need repair m8

the problem has to be on mk4 because the LCD works well with others mk4.

you need to do upgrade to the k4 unit... if you had the latest one , you need to downgrade , and them upgrade.

my problem is that the mechanism does not pull the dvd.
and when the DVD meth manually. he did not start.
