put rh side airbag off

Hello customer wants to make rh side airbag off,(car has steering on lh side) is this possible by dump from crashmodule.

car is renault brand of the module is autoliv france 605 48 83 00 or 8200435339a or 93854786.

eeprom inside is 95160.
