how do I read this?
I found out this on willem forum:

If Ford has a special 27c256 in a 24 pin package, you're going to need to find out what the pinout is before you can build an adapter.

Ford uses in own cars EEC (electronic engine control) specific (customized) eprom like your, D8763 , N73120 and may be some other. Eproms are designed (by Intel ?) for EEC, practically no info available. Main difference - multiplexed data/adress bus is used , 27C256 is not compatible. Try find more info on Ford EEC manuals (books, internet,forum....), try chips search in web.
