Immo off Opel astra 0 261 200 539

I have problem with remove immo from ecu:
Ecu Brand BOSCH
no. 0 261 200 539 (0261200539)
installed in opel astra 1998.
can some one tell me where is writed immo in this ecu ? because i cant find any information about this Ecu.
please help me.

I find eprom memory 27c256. do you know it is possible read this eprom by usbupa (oryg)?
