JETTA 2009 KEY

i need add a key on 2009 jetta, but i not know exactly how
i have read pin with plus vag k+can handy
can i add the key only put dash in service, or need edit transponder?
if yes, i upload dash file to any can put in service mode

Hi mate u need to prepare the vw can key and then precode it via tango or other device, which tool have u got;???
