BMW M3 US MS41.1 and Galletto 1260?

Hi!

I can't find my US M3 DME MS41.1 in the Galletto car list... I tried with the 328i MS41 28F200 and it gave me a 28k file witch I can't open with TunerPro.

Any clue?

Hi Easytech, you're right, the file as 24 kb.

But all the maps are in that 24kb? and I can manage them with WinOLs?

I also tried to reload that original 24 kb file in my ecu and it crashed at 46%. And then the car didn't startup anymore. I tried a couple of times and it always crashes at 46%.

So I started to do some research and I found a 328i ms41 458 kb bin on the internet and worked to reload at 100% and the car started back.

The strange thing is that my car runs exactly as before like my maps were unchanged!!!

There's a big missing part for me in that process!

Your lights would be much appreciated!!

458Kb bin looks very strange to me.
Ms41.1 has a 28F200 flash that should be 256Kb in total.
Post this bin please, it's maybe from a MS43.
Then you should have a MS43 ecu.

Edit: US M3 is a double vanos 328i engine as I recall, that should have a MS42 ecu with 29f400 a 512KB file.

96-99 US E36 M3 are single vanos and yes they are a 3.2 liters version of a 328i engine.
