6q0 909 601f TRW ibiza 2004 65535 help

Hello guys!

I need clear crash data from this module:
TRW vw5 6q0 909 601F 24c08 eeprom
car is from 2004 index 08

I have try with tachosoft 6.4 and cartool and ico's but i get error 65535 internal control module memory error with all clear dump.

Please help for me,
