dish probs

hello every 1 can any 1 tell me why my dish is picking up satelites on west no probs but nothing on east keeps saying its not locking on i know my dish moves to were it needs be but not picking any thing up im running a dm500s downloaded v hannibal motor it says to do a hard reset but cant find it please help going out me mind :help:

your dish/motor needs aligning as you are not tracking the arc.
any problems specific to your box I"d ask in the dreambox section

Hi. If you only get the West satellites then your dish is too high for the east satellites. I would move the motor tail slightly down and see what happens. Also make sure that you have up to date TP's(frequencies) for each satellite otherwise you wont pick up any signals. Regards.
