2008 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER.. HELP..

hi.. guys. need some help..after clearing. this module.. i remove and intall eeprom, everything was ok... but when turn switch off, and then on, lights turned off fine..but some times.. light stay on.. and got code B1000.. THAts the owner of the CAR said.. any idea the problem...thanks.. module number 8917048250. RA66:rolleyes:, im thinking it could be bad soldering.. can any body has problem like this...thanks again...
