sprinter 312 immo data empty help pls

pls i have a sprinter 312 the customer lost the keys so i tried to read the hc05 from the immo box its empty its fffffffffffffffffffffff
i don't know whats happening so pls can any body help me with the data of the immo box and the ecu them i will be able to generate a key for it or an immo off for it

its an etl 705 but i am sure the file i empty i readed many hc705 and its good

when keys are lost you can use another good dump and program the new keys in immo and then synchronize it with engine ECU
